'Churchward's Legacy' 150 Glorious Years
George Jackson Churchward succeeded William Dean as Chief Mechanical Engineer of the GWR in 1902 and over the next 21 years was responsible for laying the foundations for all subsequent locomotive design and construction at Swindon, which was to have a bearing on locomotive development in other companies.

Marylebone - Steam In The 1980s
In the 1980s Marylebone had become a sleepy commuter terminus. In 1985 A4 Pacific 'Sir Nigel Gresley' began a series of steam trips from Marylebone to Stratford-upon-Avon along with many other famous steam locomotives; this production features many of these runs.
