Living Museum of the Great Western Railway

Welcome to Didcot Railway Centre

Explore the unique collection of Great Western Railway steam locomotives, carriages, wagons, buildings and small artefacts at our 21 acre living museum set around the original 1932 Engine Shed

Great Afternoon Out - Amazing afternoon at Didcot.
Quite a lot to see and you have unlimited train rides up and down the track.
Enjoyed the museum and signalling centre.
Many photos taken.
I would say if you took a slow walk you could do the experience in a few hours so not an all day thing.
Also right next to Didcot railway station so transport links are great.
Staff super friendly especially the staff member in the museum.
Would like to go again.
