This is fascinating place to visit. There are two steam trains running with unlimited access to both within your ticket price as well as lots of other things to see. The engine and cartridge sheds allow you to get close and climb inside a couple of engines. You can also see lots of restoration projects being worked on. Well worth the entrance fee.- david1ziva
Sorry, the Railway Centre is closed today. We are open for Spring Exhibition Days at weekends in January.
Our entrance is through the ticket hall and original steam age subway of Didcot Parkway station.
Please advise GWR ticket barrier staff at the mainline station that you are visiting the Centre and they will allow you access. (You will need to show your Railway Centre tickets when you exit).
