Didcot Railway Centre is operated by the Great Western Society - registered charity number 272616. 

Help us maintain and restore our unique collection.

We rely on income from visitors and donations to keep the Centre running and to fund the restoration and conservation work required to maintain our unique collection of locomotives, carriages wagons, buildings and other artefacts, many of which date from Victorian times.

Having been closed for almost 4 months, any donation you give us will help with the essential expenditure needed to safeguard these items for future generations to enjoy. If you are able to make a donation, then please do so.  We thank you for your ongoing support at this exceptionally difficult time and hope to welcome you to the Centre very soon.

I would like the Great Western Society to reclaim the tax on this and any other eligible donations or membership subscriptions that I may make in the future until further notice. I understand that I need to pay enough Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax in each tax year to cover the Gift Aid claimed on all my donations to charity, otherwise it is my responsibility to pay any difference.
