You are invited to exhibit your Classic or Vintage Motor vehicle, Stationary Engine, Miniature/Full-sized Steam Engine at the Didcot Transport Rally 2020, organised by Didcot Railway Centre.
The exhibition fee is £5 per exhibit and that amount is payable with this entry form. The fee includes admission to Didcot Railway Centre for 2 persons on the 31 May 2020.
The venues for the rally are at the new GWR Foxhall Road Car Park, Didcot, OX11 7HJ for Commercial vehicles and Ladygrove Park, Didcot OX11 7UL.The Rally site will be open from 0730 and the deadline for receipt of entries is 1 May 2020. The Rally is held in conjunction with the Thames Valley & Great Western Omnibus Trust who will be offering free rides around Didcot including transport to Didcot Parkway Station where there is access to Didcot Railway Centre, in addition linking the two venue sites.
The organisers accept no liability for any of the exhibitors’ property or personal effects, or any personal and public injury or any liability during the event.
Owners of historic buses should book via the Thames Valley & Great Western Omnibus Trust as additional information is required for these vehicles.
