Great museum with equally great staff - The one thing that really stood out for us was how enthusiastic the volunteers are. Our 6 year old grandson loved the visit and all of the volunteers engaged with him, showed him the exhibits and generally made his day. He even got invited up on to the footplate of the demonstration engine to see the firebox and hold the coal shovel, leaving more than one adult to look and wish.
