Wonderful day out. Took my 3 year old Grandson to visit Thomas and Father Christmas, it was also his birthday. We arrived late and had missed our time allocated, my daughter explained this to a member of staff who straight away said this was not a problem at all we could just go on the next train. Every staff member who I understand are nearly all volunteers were absolutely fabulous, several of them singing Happy birthday to my Grandson. Nothing was too much trouble, they never rushed us even went it was time to see Santa. We visited the gift shop, everything was reasonably priced which is unusual. We all had a wonderful time and my Grandson left feeling a very happy boy.
