Leanne Walsham

Leanne brings a wealth of experience in internal operations, business management, and organisational infrastructure. Her career has largely been within the private sector, particularly in tech start-ups and scale-ups, as well as in more traditional small businesses. She is a passionate advocate for people experience, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams and fostering cultures rooted in fun, excellence, and empowerment.

Initially supporting the GWS in a voluntary advisory capacity, Leanne was formally invited to join the Board to address a skills gap in Internal Operations—particularly in People and Talent—and to contribute to strengthening Board governance and structure.
